Did you know that our reaction to stimuli depends very little on the nature of the stimulus and mainly on how we perceive it?

Since the body receives and filters the stimuli which are then processed by the brain, the cleaner and the more balanced the filter, the better the stimuli will be processed and the more appropriate will be the reaction.

H3AL advanced consists of nine sessions in which you will receive specific Bowen treatment, at the end of which your body will be able to effectively auto-induce the same effect of the treatment.

You will also learn how to effectively and autonomously apply H3AL in your day-to-day activities (study and research, sport and leisure, arts, meditation) and to your psychophysical equilibrium, to enhance peak performance.

H3AL ADVANCED sessions are for individuals or groups (maximum 9 person per group).
